Shipping policy

• Order processing time: Orders are processed within 7 working days of receipt; During holiday periods and/or in the event of a large number of orders Nuar reserves the right to process requests within 14 working days.

• Tracking of orders: Shipment is scheduled following processing of the order. Nuar will take care of sending the buyer the tracking link with the relevant information in order to monitor the status of the shipment.

• Order dispatch time: The dispatch time differs depending on the country of destination where the work will be delivered:

•  5-7 working days for domestic shipments (Italy)

• 7-15 working days for international (intra-EU)* shipments

• 10-20 working days for international shipments (non-EU)*.

* In the case of international orders, Italian regulations require the exporting party to accompany the shipment with the due self-certification for the exit of the art objects issued by the SUE - Sistema Uffici Esportazione del Ministero della Cultura ( Ministry of Culture Office) ; in this case the shipment may be delayed due to the time required to issue the aforementioned certification. 

• Shipping methods: Shipping is mainly carried out by the couriers DHL and Fedex; for certain types of goods and/or in the case of shipments to certain countries with other authorised carriers. All shipments are covered by insurance for damage and theft with the exception of prints and other goods with a value of less than €150.00 (one hundred and fifty/00).

• Taxes and customs duties: for non-EU shipments, any taxes or customs duties, if any, will be paid directly by the customer to the customs of reference.

• Shipping restrictions: Nuar reserves the right to cancel the order in case of restrictions or limitations deriving from the national policy of the destination country or in case of national or international emergencies. In this case, the price paid for the purchase will be refunded in full to the customer.
