We are pleased to welcome you at Maxxi Museum for a private showing of the collective Exhibition "The born of Edoné".

The exhibition features three established artists and three promising young talents, retracing the most important stages of the myth of Cupid and Psyche, culminating in a live painting performance illustrating the birth of Edoné.

Each work on display is accompanied by a short text taken from Apuleius' Metamorphoses, a narrative that will take guests on a fascinating journey through mythology. The arrangement of the works will follow the story and will be illustrated in a catalogue, which will be given to guests upon their arrival.
